SKU: RUN for the BORDER! Jack Clark's 1993 "Taco Bell" Top Fueler... Limited-Edition Print of 350 (13x19) signed and numbered by the Artist. "I designed the paint scheme on this car for Jack Clark back in 93. Master painter "Billy B" in Clairmont, Ca. (By far the West Coast's Best Custom Painter) applied my scheme to the car with his usual flaire (which is spotless-perfection). Let it be known that this 1993 design, was the first car in Motorsports to use a "Shreaded" motif in the paint scheme...This car started the "Shreadded" idea look, but it wasn't until I designed Blaine Johnson's Blue Car that the motif really took off...After that, almost every car I was hired to design had to have the shreadded or ripped-up paint style...To me, the best thing about the "Taco Bell" car, was the fact that they allowed me to use this Aqua color, and Billy B"s "perfect" color fade paint job, made this Dragster one of the "All-time, Best-looking" cars in the sport. (Ah yes the 90's, back when "Style" still meant something good, and before we arrived at this "The decade of UGLY !".) I created this painting for an ad (for my graphics company "Design Tech"), and it has been hanging in my living room ever since. Everyone always comments on the colors on this car, so we decided to publish it...I hope you enjoy "Run for the Border!...DCP This is a classic image of the "Best-Looking" cars in the sport, and a "Must-Have" for true drag Racing historians...
